"Beno" Brian Detmers
     Beno used to play with The Cartwright Brothers, as well as Monte, in a band called The Freeloaders.  Beno is the most talented electric guitar player in the band.  So naturally, he has to play bass most of the night.  By a narrow margin, Beno has now been in more bands than marriages, although some of the numbers may be disputed. 

     As with most of the members of the Split Pea Band, Beno has quite a pedigree, and some of you would remember him from the bands he played in, prior to The Cartwright Brothers.  Unfortunately, Beno probably doesn't remember you.  But just in case, he'd like to say, "Wow, what a great party.  Sorry about the stain.  Tell your mother to chill out, I'll get out of your room in a minute."
